BOOKING CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
In the event of cancellations, the following charges apply:
- Confirmation date to 30 days before arrival – 30% of the trip’s full price will be forfeited.
- 29 days to 15 days before arrival – 50% of the trip’s full price will be forfeited.
- 14 days to 1 day before arrival – 75% of the trip’s full price will be forfeited.
- NO SHOW of customer – 100% of the trip’s full price will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to change the boat/land schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, such as flight delay/changes, weather, traffic flow, and etc. Please double check with us regarding changes and the latest updates.
Our company reserves the right to collect from the customer any additional costs rendered by last minute cancellations, delays or changes in any arrangements made by the customer less than 48 hours before arrival. There will be NO further claims, refund or discounts for unused packages/services or any incidental circumstances.
